Quality Large Format Printing Service
Large format printing (sometimes called wide format printing), is a type of digital printing. Similar to an inkjet printer yet on a much bigger scale, it sprays ink onto the chosen materials to quickly produce quality prints with impeccable detail and accuracy.
One of the major differences is it prints from a roll rather than single sheets of paper. This means that although there’s a set maximum width (8ft to 12ft), the length of the print job can be up to 50 metres making it possible to print large graphics.
Larget Format: between 18″ and 120″ in size
Grand Format: larger than 120″
Roll Printer & Flatbed Printer
Large format prints can be made on two different kinds of devices: roll printers, which are for flexible substrates such as vinyl, and flatbed printers, which are for rigid substrates that can lay flat on a table, (anything from paper, foam board, cardboard, and PVC to less conventional printed materials like wood and metal).
Materials & Finishing
Products like these often use special materials and finishes to make the print more suitable for locations where it may be exposed to the elements for a long time.
