This warranty is limited to refinishing or repair of products found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Damaged areas will be trimmed back, patched in, or replaced if needed. GogoAds reverses the exclusive right to determine the appropriate method for bringing products into compliance with this warranty.
For service requests not covered by warranty, GogoAds reserves the discretion to undertake such a service or request for a fee for the service.

- Traffic (foot or vehicle) contact damage or damage from caustic cleaners or aggressive cleaning methods are not covered under this warranty.
GogoAds does not warrant standard banner printing and installation. Banners are considered a temporary sign. Proper installation of the banner will result in a longer life, but there is no warranty implied or expressed.
Typical life expectancy with proper installation is 6-24 months depending on material, finishing, structure & weather conditions.

NOTE:
Our Warranties do not cover claims arising from third party alteration or addition, negligent use or normal wear and tear, and damage arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions (incidental damage caused by pressure washing, mechanical washes, scratching, negligence or any other physical or chemical means).
This warranty is not valid if:
(a) It is damaged as a result of accident, vandalism, act of god and/or improper handling;
(b) Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges;
(b) Sufficient proof of purchase cannot be supplied by the individual or party making the warranty claim;
(c) Any type of tampering with the graphics installed.
GogoAds reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate method for bringing products into compliance with this warranty and shall not be held liable for any costs associated with labour or installation of the product.
All claims must be made within the specific warranty period and are subject to approval by GogoAds authorised representative.
